Please note that certain items, such as opened paintballs or personalized equipment, may be subject to specific return restrictions.
Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns facility using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
